Vice President - Jim Kinney
Jim served as the SCHOA Board President during the 2015 term. He has served the Summers Creek community in various capacities for more than 8 years. He has held the positions of President, Vice President, and as a Board Director. He has also served as Board representative to the ARC. Jim is a mechanical engineer. He has lived in Summers Creek since 2005.
Treasurer - Richard Moticska
Richard has served continuously on the SCHOA Board since 2004 and held several positions including Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and ARC member. He also provides technical support for the electronic communications for the community including the SCHOA website and email system. As Treasurer, he monitors the execution of the SCHOA annual budget, ensures that all dues are collected and bills are paid on time and files all administrative forms required by the state of Florida. Richard has lived in Summers Creek since 1999.
Secretary - Ameen Sarkees
Ameen moved to Summers Creek in 2001. Summers Creek provided a family community as well as a safe community to a raise family. Ameen lived here until 2007 when he remarried and moved to Cocoa Beach. He still owns his original home here which allows him to serve on the HOA board. Along with Summers Creek HOA, he is on the Board of Directors for the Florida Institute of Technology Alumni Association. He has lived in Brevard County since 1973 and has worked at the Kennedy Space Center / Cape Canaveral Air Force Base for the past 38 years specializing in the field of cryogenic propellants for over 30 of those years.
Director - Kay Sanders
Kay has served on the SCHOA Board in past years as President and as Vice president. She moved to Summers Creek in 2014 from Texas with her husband Robert to be near family. She is a semi-retired speech pathologist and has served on many professional state and local boards and organizations including school board, city council and economic development. She has taught at Texas A&M Commerce in Speech Pathology and Audiology and honors classes in Business and Professional Speaking.and other communication courses.
Director - Joe Ratino
Joe has served on the SCHOA Board in different capacities. He moved to Summers Creek in 2000.

Preparation Cost: $50 if Property is not delinquent, $200 if delinquent
Estoppel Certificates/Letters will be provided via e-mail within 1 week of receipt. For expedited service (3 days) it is an additional $50.
