President & Treasurer - Richard Moticska

Richard has served continuously on the SCHOA Board since 2004 and has held all positions. He is the technical guru for the community including the SCHOA website and email system. As Treasurer, he monitors the execution of the SCHOA annual budget, ensures that all dues are collected and bills are paid on time and files all administrative forms required by the state of Florida. Richard has lived in Summers Creek since 1999.

Vice-President - Malvern Mitchell

 Malvern joined the Board in 2022 after having moved to Summers Creek in 2017.

Secretary - Ameen Sarkees

Ameen moved to Summers Creek in 2001. Summers Creek provided a family community as well as a safe community to a raise family. Ameen lived here until 2007 when he remarried and moved to Cocoa Beach. He still owns his original home here which allows him to serve on the HOA board. Along with Summers Creek HOA, he is on the Board of Directors for the Florida Institute of Technology Alumni Association. He has lived in Brevard County since 1973 and has worked at the Kennedy Space Center / Cape Canaveral Air Force Base for the past 38 years specializing in the field of cryogenic propellants for over 30 of those years.

Director - John Straub

John joined the Board for the 2024 term after having moved to Summers creek in 2023.

Director - Sigurd Kvaleberg

Sigurd joined the Board for the 2024 term after having moved to Summers creek in 2018.
